Ben Genovese, Co-Owner, Operations Manager, and Prototype Machinist. Ben has a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design Technology from Bemidji State University with a specialization in Model Making. After interning at Compaq Computers in 1999, he launched a 16 year career at Reed Prototype and Machining, a rapid paced job shop setting. During that time Ben specialized in complex surfacing, utilizing multiple setups in 3 and 4th axis machining, for demanding clients such as Dell, Apple, Oakley and Yeti.

Jonathon Dick, Lead Prototype Machinist. Jon has an Associates degree in Prototype and Design with a specialization in Model Making, from Northeastern Wisconsin Technical College. He comes to Pearlsnap with 5+ years of experience prototyping in the industrial design and engineering industries.

Kristin Genovese, Co-Owner and Business Manager. Kristin graduated from Texas State University with a degree in Business Management and spent the first part of her career in oil & gas finance. Her most recent work has been as the business manager of the Madison Waldorf School, where her children both attended kindergarten.
